The remodeling process can often be more involved than even designing a new home.

There are more variables involved in remodeling than in building a new home.  For example, are the walls load bearing?  Are there structural issues with moving or removing walls, windows and doors?

All of these things can be challenges, even dictating what can and can’t be done in the desired layout.

Royce’s construction & framing background gives him the necessary knowledge to determine these things during this process.

Whether it involves installing a beam to remove a wall or moving a window or door, these things need to be addressed early in the process.  And, we always remember that it is a process. We understand that once the plan is put on paper, clients may see things that they want to change…and we make alternatives until we make it right.
